Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items.

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be in original condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Be free from damage, stains, odours, alterations, or signs of wear

• Be returned within the approved return period

All returned items are inspected upon receipt before a refund or exchange is approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and verified, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated under a specific product vendor agreement, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Fulfilment & Processing Times

Casa Limón operates through a network of fulfilment partners and vendor warehouses.

As returned items are sent back through our fulfilment process, exchanges and returns may take up to 7 business days to be reviewed, verified, and finalised once received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue.
